Migrant suspected of harassing women at a shopping center

The inappropriate behavior of a foreign national towards visitors at the 'Kalina Mall' shopping and exhibition complex in Vladivostok has sparked discussions on social media. According to the female visitors, an unknown individual stalked them, forced them to talk, and continued to follow them despite their refusals.

The victims claim that the individual asked them questions about their personal lives and mentioned that he had served a prison sentence in the past. The man even followed the girls to the women's restroom and later returned in different clothing, attempting to film them with his phone camera.

Security personnel at the shopping complex stated that they had detained this individual several times before. According to witnesses, the man regularly returns to the complex premises, sometimes while intoxicated.

Visitors to the complex are asking the administration to pay serious attention to this situation and strengthen security measures. They are expressing concern that the foreign national's actions could become more aggressive in the future.
