In St. Petersburg, police have detained a foreign national for acting aggressively toward his partner. According to the "Mash na Moyke" channel, the conflict arose during the process of the couple breaking up.
According to reports, the foreign national had been taking 12 pills a day due to a mental illness. However, after visiting a medical facility, doctors reviewed his diagnosis and reduced the dosage. Following this, the young man began to display aggression toward his partner.

After she refused, he threatened her with a knife, threw her to the floor, and attempted to strangle her. The girl managed to call her mother in time to ask for help.
