A theft occurred at a flower shop in Novosibirsk. According to reports, a man, allegedly a citizen of Uzbekistan, entered the shop and requested a bouquet of roses worth 8,000 rubles.
While the florist was preparing the bouquet, the customer asked to see another one. As the florist was distracted while retrieving flowers from the refrigerator, the suspect grabbed the finished bouquet and fled the scene.
