Migrant who threatened a doctor in Vladivostok fined 200,000 rubles

A court verdict has been announced regarding a conflict that occurred at a dental clinic in the city of Vladivostok. A 35-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan was found guilty of using insulting language and threatening a doctor. During the incident, the woman showed physical aggression towards the doctor, violating public order with her actions.

During the trial, the woman's actions were classified as hooliganism. According to the legislation, this type of offense carries a fine of 300,000 to 500,000 rubles or imprisonment. However, at the court hearing held on September 17, the woman was sentenced to a fine of 200,000 rubles.

In the court's decision, the fact that the woman has five minor children and her previous social activity were taken into account as mitigating circumstances. Although the victimized doctor demanded the woman's expulsion from Russia, the court decided not to deport her.

It is worth noting that under Russian law, aggression and threats against doctors in public places are considered serious offenses. This incident serves as another reminder to migrants of the importance of maintaining public order in Russia and adhering to standards when interacting with medical personnel.
