During inspections conducted by the migration department of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Alekseyevka urban district, it was discovered that three foreign citizens were engaged in labor activities without the required permit (patent). Administrative protocols were drawn up against them under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The contracting organization that illegally hired the foreign nationals was also held accountable. Administrative measures were taken against the entity for employing individuals without patents and for failing to notify migration authorities about the employment contracts concluded with the foreign workers.
Furthermore, the investigation identified a resident of Alekseyevka who had provided housing to foreign citizens but failed to register them for migration purposes as required by law. The individual was held administratively liable for failing to fulfill the obligations of the receiving party.
According to migration legislation, foreign citizens must possess a valid permit (patent) to work within Russia, while employers are required to notify migration authorities when signing contracts with foreign staff and must register them at their place of residence.
