Officers of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Chuvash Republic, in cooperation with representatives of the Federal Security Service and the National Guard, conducted inspections at construction sites. As a result, 4 foreign citizens who violated migration legislation were identified, and administrative measures were taken against them.
Two citizens of Tajikistan working on the construction of a multi-story building in Novocheboksarsk were held accountable for working in a specialty not specified in their documents, despite having a patent. A report was drawn up against them under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
At a construction site on Energetikov Street in Cheboksary, it was discovered that 2 Egyptian citizens were working illegally. One of them, a student, was working during class hours, and the second was working without the necessary permits. These individuals were also fined under Article 18.10.
Due to the identified violations, one of the foreigners was ordered to leave the territory of Russia within 3 days. At present, law enforcement agencies are continuing investigations into the employers who hired the illegal workers.
