A large-scale preventive operation aimed at preventing violations of migration legislation was carried out in the territory of New Moscow. During inspections conducted in public places, streets, hostels, hotels, and residential buildings in the Kommunarka district, administrative protocols were issued against 383 foreign citizens.
The majority of the identified violations are related to migration registration. Specifically, in 194 cases, it was determined that false information was provided during migration registration (Part 3 of Article 19.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Additionally, 112 individuals were held accountable for petty hooliganism, and 11 individuals for violating the rules of stay in the city of Moscow.
Furthermore, 29 citizens were fined for repeated offenses within a year, 36 for traffic violations, and one person for disobeying a lawful order of a police officer. Based on the results of the inspections, a decision was made to administratively expel (deport) 40 foreign citizens from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Also, a criminal case was initiated against two individuals under Article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for signs of organizing illegal migration. Law enforcement agencies continue to monitor compliance with migration legislation.
