5 migrants to be deported from Moscow for illegal employment

Officers from the Migration Department of the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow conducted a raid in the Izmaylovo district to check compliance with migration laws. During the inspections, the documents of individuals working at a construction site on Nikitskaya Street were examined.

As a result of the raid, it was found that 5 foreign citizens were working without the necessary permits. Protocols were drawn up against these individuals under Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal employment of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation).

By court decision, each of the offending migrants was fined 5,000 rubles, and their administrative expulsion (deportation) from the territory of the Russian Federation was ordered.

Furthermore, an investigation is underway regarding the employer who hired the foreign workers without authorization. It was announced that an appropriate procedural decision will be made upon the conclusion of the investigation.
