During a raid conducted by law enforcement agencies in one of the five-story hostels in Moscow, individuals who violated migration legislation were identified. In the course of the inspection, the documents and living conditions of approximately 500 people residing in the building were examined.
According to official information, as a result of the raid, it was decided that 10 foreign citizens who violated migration rules would be forcibly expelled from Russia and banned from entering the country. During the inspections, the sanitary condition of the hostel, fire safety rules, and the level of Russian language proficiency of the foreigners were also taken into account.
Furthermore, during the raid, 4 individuals holding Russian citizenship but not registered for military service were identified. It was reported that these citizens were taken to the military commissariat to address the issue of their military registration.
Experts remind migrants of the importance of complying with Russian legislation, including the timely processing of documents and meeting language proficiency requirements. Proper living conditions and the accuracy of documents for foreigners living in hostels are considered key factors in preventing legal problems.
