12 foreigners to be expelled from Russia in Nizhnevartovsk

In the city of Nizhnevartovsk, comprehensive preventive measures are being carried out to check compliance with migration legislation, involving officers of the Russian Interior Ministry and special units of the National Guard (Rosgvardiya). During the raids, places of residence of foreign citizens, construction sites, and retail and service facilities were inspected.

As a result of the inspections, a total of 69 administrative protocols were drawn up under articles 18.8–18.17 and 19.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. These articles cover violations such as non-compliance with the rules for entry, stay, and employment by foreigners, as well as providing false information for migration registration.

Regarding 12 foreign citizens found to have committed serious violations of the law, a decision was made on administrative expulsion from the territory of the Russian Federation. Law enforcement agencies are continuing preventive work in this area.

Migrants are advised to keep their documents in order and constantly monitor compliance with employment and residence rules. To prevent violations of the law, all permits and registration documents must be in accordance with the established procedure.
