36 Uzbek migrants forcibly deported from Primorsky Krai

36 citizens of Uzbekistan who violated Russian legislation have been forcibly deported from the country by officers of the Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Primorsky Krai. These individuals range in age from 18 to 65.

It is reported that these citizens were previously placed in a temporary detention center for foreign nationals in the city of Artyom. Following a court and migration service decision, they were sent to Tashkent via Vladivostok Airport. This measure was implemented as an administrative penalty in accordance with Article 3.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

According to official data, since the beginning of this year, about three and a half thousand administrative protocols related to violations of migration legislation have been drawn up in Primorsky Krai. Migration service officers urge foreign citizens to strictly comply with Russian laws and to be attentive to their documents and residency status.

It should be noted that administrative deportation (vydvoreniye) implies the forced and controlled removal of a foreign citizen beyond the state border of Russia. This is a compulsory measure applied when legal grounds for stay have expired or have been violated.
