In the Vaninsky and Amursky districts, as well as the Bikin district of the Khabarovsk Territory, police officers conducted the "Illegal Migrant-2026" operation. During the raids, the compliance of foreign citizens with the rules of stay and labor activity on the territory of Russia was checked.
In the Vaninsky district, two foreign citizens were identified who did not have the necessary documents to stay on the territory of Russia. Each of them was fined 2,000 rubles, and it was also decided that one of the offenders would be forcibly expelled from Russia.
In the Amursky district, 142 foreign citizens were checked, and 7 violations were recorded. In particular, administrative protocols were drawn up against migrants engaged in illegal labor activities, as well as against employers who hired them. Following the raids, 5 foreign citizens were banned from entering Russia.
Similar checks were carried out in the Bikin district, where individuals engaged in illegal labor were identified. Appropriate measures were taken against the migrant offenders and the legal entities that illegally employed them. Also, one foreign citizen was banned from entering the territory of Russia.
Migrants are advised to constantly monitor the validity of their documents and the legality of their labor activities. Violating the rules can lead to serious consequences, such as fines, expulsion from Russia, and being barred from entering the country.
