Employees of the temporary detention center for foreign citizens of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Tyumen region have handed over 31 foreign nationals who violated migration regulations to the bailiff service for forced expulsion from the country.

"These citizens have been sentenced to a fine and forced expulsion from Russia for violating migration legislation. Bailiffs will escort these individuals to the state border crossing point to send them back to their home countries," the department's press service reported.

The ministry reminded that raids to monitor compliance with migration laws in the region are carried out on a regular basis. In particular, after the latest inspections, the issue of deporting six more people is being considered. Previously, it was reported that the house of a Tyumen resident who had illegally registered foreigners in his apartment was confiscated.
