In the city of Tyumen, police officers, together with volunteer people's squads, conducted an operational-preventive measure to monitor compliance with migration legislation. During the raid, hotels and public catering facilities in the city were inspected.
As a result of the inspection, administrative protocols were drawn up against 12 foreign citizens for violating migration rules. By court decision, four of these individuals are to be administratively expelled from the territory of the Russian Federation.
The remaining 8 offenders were held administratively liable for violating the rules of stay in the country. Law enforcement agencies stated that preventive measures to identify illegal residence and labor activities of foreigners are continuing in the region.
