Raids against migrants conducted in Khabarovsk Krai: 4 people may be deported

In Khabarovsk Krai, as part of the "Nelegal-2026" preventive operation, police officers conducted raids to check compliance with migration legislation. The inspections took place at enterprises and on highways in the Nanaysky, Komsomolsky, and Lazo districts.

In the Nanaysky district, two foreign citizens were held administratively liable for working in a sector not specified in their permits. Each was fined 2,000 rubles. A case was also initiated against the legal entity that illegally employed these foreigners.

During the raids in the Lazo district, 100 foreigners were checked, and 16 violations were identified. Four migrants were found to lack documents granting them the right to stay in Russia. Administrative protocols were drawn up against them, and the issue of their expulsion (deportation) from the country is being considered.

Furthermore, 12 other foreign citizens were held accountable for illegal labor activities and violating the rules of stay in Russia. The total amount of fines imposed in this district reached 32,000 rubles. In the Komsomolsky district, 10 drivers were checked, and no violations were found.
