Operational-preventive measures "Nelegal-2026" were carried out in the Sovetskaya-Gavan district, Solnechny and Bikinsky districts of Khabarovsk Krai. Police officers checked the documents of foreign citizens at transport infrastructure facilities, construction sites, retail outlets, and catering establishments.
In the Sovetskaya-Gavan district, protocols were drawn up against three foreigners under Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (carrying out labor activities without a permit). Also, another citizen who violated residence rules was fined 2,000 rubles, and an administrative decision was made to deport him from the territory of Russia.
During 20 raids conducted in the Solnechny district, 88 foreign citizens were checked. As a result, 9 administrative materials were drawn up against individuals who violated migration legislation, and fines were imposed.
In the Bikinsky district, 14 facilities and residential premises were inspected. A total of 36 foreigners were checked and 7 violations were identified. Fines were applied in these cases, and a decision was made to deport one foreign citizen from Russia.
Migrants are urged to timely process all necessary documents for staying and working in Russia and to strictly comply with the requirements of migration legislation.
