In the Khabarovsk Territory, as part of the second stage of the "Nelegal-2026" operation, law enforcement agencies conducted inspections of facilities where foreign nationals are employed. During the raids, construction sites and catering establishments were examined.
In the course of the inspection, a total of 50 foreign citizens were checked. It was determined that 4 of them were engaged in labor activities without the necessary permits. Administrative protocols were drawn up against these individuals under Part 1 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Also, during the inspection, another foreign national who violated the rules of stay in Russia was identified. A protocol was drawn up against him under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8, and by court decision, measures were taken for compulsory expulsion from the territory of the Russian Federation. At present, this person has been placed in the temporary detention center for foreign citizens in the city of Khabarovsk.
Law enforcement agencies are also working to identify employers who hire illegal labor migrants and hold them accountable. Preventive measures within the framework of the "Nelegal-2026" operation are continuing throughout the region.
