Migrant with dangerous infectious disease deported from Russia

During inspections conducted by officers of the Migration Department of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Novosibirsk Region, a citizen of a Central Asian country was identified. It was discovered that this individual was suffering from an infectious disease that poses a risk to others.

In order to protect public health within the Russian Federation, the Rospotrebnadzor office deemed the individual's presence in the country undesirable. Accordingly, a corresponding decision was made, and the foreign national was deported from Russian territory.

Furthermore, police officers have imposed a ban on the individual's re-entry into the Russian Federation. Such measures are implemented to ensure epidemiological safety in the country and to safeguard public health.

It should be noted that under Russian law, foreign citizens are required to undergo medical examinations and comply with health regulations to stay in the country legally. In the event that a disease is detected, relevant authorities may take measures for mandatory expulsion.
