Migrant fined 10,000 rubles for attempting to retrieve documents from metro tracks

The incident at the Moscow Metro's "Nagornaya" station served as another reminder of the importance of adhering to transport safety regulations. A citizen from Central Asia accidentally dropped a newly signed labor contract onto the tracks.

In an attempt to retrieve the important document, the man stepped onto the tracks where trains operate. This action was captured by the metro's surveillance cameras. Appropriate measures were taken regarding the violation of transport safety requirements.

According to the decision of the judge of the 235th judicial district of the Nagorny District, the migrant was fined 10,000 rubles for failing to comply with transport safety rules.

Experts remind passengers that if personal items or documents fall onto the tracks in the metro, it is strictly forbidden to go down to the tracks independently. In such a situation, one must contact station staff or the police; otherwise, it is not only life-threatening but also leads to legal liability.
