Individual providing illegal cosmetic services sentenced to 3 years in prison

According to the Moscow City Prosecutor's Office, 27-year-old Shoira Nazulloeva has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for engaging in illegal medical activities. A settlement colony has been designated as the place for serving the sentence.

During the trial, it was established that the defendant lacked medical education, relevant skills, and a license. Despite this, in January 2026, she performed a cosmetic procedure on a client using injections in a rented room at a private clinic.

Following the procedure, the 38-year-old client's condition deteriorated sharply. Despite receiving medical care, the patient passed away in the hospital. The court found Nazulloeva guilty under Part 2 of Article 235 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal medical practice resulting in the death of a person by negligence).

According to the court verdict, after serving her sentence, the defendant is prohibited from performing injection-based cosmetic procedures for a period of 2 years.
