In Penza, workers who threatened a homeowner during repairs were forced to apologize

In the Russian city of Penza, three workers from Central Asia had a disagreement with a client. The individuals, who left without finishing the repair work, responded to the customer's complaints with threats and insults. Additionally, one of the workers intentionally damaged a part of the house's facade.

The female client, concerned about the situation, sought help from a local public organization. After representatives of the public arrived at the scene, the workers were forced to change their behavior. They immediately contacted their foreman and attempted to resolve the issue.

As a result, the conflict was resolved peacefully. The workers apologized to the client, fully rectified the defects in the repair process, and restored the damaged part of the facade.
