The Leninsky District Court of the Tula region has delivered a verdict against 34-year-old Urinbek Jumayev. He was found guilty of intentionally inflicting grievous and moderate bodily harm.
The incident took place in April of this year. According to the investigation, following a dispute with two local residents aged 28 and 35, the parties met in the village of Fedorovka, Tula region. During the altercation, Jumayev used an ice axe to strike one man on the head and break the arm of the other.
According to the court's decision, the defendant was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. He will serve his sentence in a general regime penal colony.
