Officers from the Russian Interior Ministry's department for the Krasnodar Territory conducted preventive measures to monitor compliance with migration legislation in the city of Novorossiysk. As a result of the inspections, a number of violations committed by foreign citizens were identified.
According to official data, administrative protocols were drawn up against 22 individuals from Central Asia who violated the rules of stay (residence) in Russia. Additionally, 36 foreign citizens who were engaged in labor activities without a permit were also held administratively liable.
Furthermore, law enforcement agencies have initiated investigations into employers who illegally hired foreign workers and failed to comply with the restrictions established by law. Migrants are advised to legalize their documents and labor activities, as well as to take into account the legal requirements regarding the activities of employers.
