Last Friday, a large-scale preventive raid called "Law and Order" was carried out in the city of Sochi. The event involved officers from the Sochi Internal Affairs Directorate, transport police, the Federal Security Service (FSB), and the National Guard, who inspected the territories of garage-construction cooperatives.
During the raid, a total of 244 garages were inspected and the identities of 126 citizens were verified. As a result of the inspection, 91 people were taken to the police station, 19 of whom were found to be citizens of foreign countries. Administrative measures were taken against 31 individuals who committed offenses.
These measures are being carried out to ensure compliance with Russian migration legislation and to maintain public safety. Migrants are urged to always carry their identity documents and migration registration cards with them and to strictly adhere to legal requirements.
Additionally, during the raid, officers from the juvenile affairs department identified 28 teenagers who were out unsupervised at night. Preventive conversations were held with their parents, and explanatory work regarding regional legislation was conducted.
