Officers from the territorial department of the Russian Interior Ministry conducted an inspection at a construction site in the village of Polovinka, Chusovskoy District, Perm Krai. Representatives of the Russian National Guard also participated in the raid.
At the time of the inspection, there were about 40 foreign citizens at the construction site. Law enforcement officers examined their compliance with migration legislation. As a result, four individuals were found to have violated the rules for carrying out labor activities and the regulations for staying in Russia.
Administrative protocols were drawn up against the offenders. A court decision was made to expel them from the Russian Federation. Currently, these individuals have been placed in a temporary detention center for foreign citizens.
Police officers are conducting an investigation to provide a legal assessment of the actions of the employer who illegally hired these individuals.
