In the Nevsky district of Saint Petersburg, near a shopping and entertainment complex on Dybenko Street, a conflict occurred that ended in a stabbing. According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry for Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the incident took place on the night of September 21.
According to police data, the disagreement between the men arose over a debt issue. During the conflict, one of the participants sustained a knife wound. Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene detained 7 citizens of Central Asian countries aged between 22 and 33.
Among those detained was the person who suffered a forearm injury; he was hospitalized, and his condition is assessed as satisfactory. During the investigation, it was determined that one of the group members possessed a knife, and two others had violated Russian migration legislation and were residing in the country illegally.
A decision was made to expel all participants of this incident from the territory of Russia. At present, it is reported that 5 of them have already been sent back to their home country.
