Officers of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Lipetsk region conducted routine inspections at construction sites in the Chaplygin municipal district. During the raid, 7 foreign citizens were identified and detained for engaging in labor activities in violation of migration legislation.
According to the inspection results, 5 of the detainees possessed documents granting the right to work, but their permits were issued for the Voronezh and Tambov regions, not for the Lipetsk region. The remaining 2 foreign citizens had no permits at all for carrying out labor activities.
In total, 15 administrative offenses in the field of migration were recorded during this raid in the Chaplygin district. Law enforcement agencies remind foreign citizens to strictly adhere to the territorial boundaries of their work permits and ensure that all documents comply with current legislative requirements.
It should be noted that control measures regarding compliance with migration rules are continuing in other districts of the Lipetsk region. Previously, 8 foreign citizens were detained during a similar raid on construction sites in the Lipetsk district.
