According to the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Voronezh Region, an individual who damaged five cars at the "Dolphin" residential complex in Voronezh has been apprehended.
On the night of August 16, local residents reported on social media that an unknown person had broken an elevator, ripped off door handles of cars parked in the courtyard, smashed windows, and kicked the vehicles. Residents speculated that the individual might have been intoxicated.
Using surveillance cameras, police officers promptly detained the suspect. The 34-year-old detainee turned out to be a citizen of one of the Central Asian republics. Tests were conducted to determine if there were any narcotic substances in his system. The issue of initiating a criminal case for intentional damage to property is currently being considered.
Additionally, violations of migration laws were identified, and it was announced that after the foreign national faces criminal charges, the question of his deportation from the Russian Federation will be addressed.
