Preventive raids to monitor compliance with migration legislation were carried out in the cities of Mytishchi and Dolgoprudny in the Moscow region. The inspections were mainly conducted at warehouses and food production facilities.
Law enforcement officers checked a total of 471 people, 369 of whom were identified as foreign citizens. The raids involved staff from the migration department, a special police regiment, and volunteer people's squads.
As a result of the inspections, 42 individuals were found to be engaged in illegal labor activities in Russia. Additionally, 21 other foreigners were recorded as having violated entry rules or the terms of their stay in the country.
Furthermore, among those checked, 6 citizens were identified who were included in the register of controlled persons. One foreigner was also found to be in the country despite a ban on entry into Russia. All violators were taken to local police stations to clarify the circumstances.
