8 migrants to be deported from Moscow

During the "Nelegal-2026" preventive operation conducted in the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, cases of migration law violations were identified. Officers from the regional department of the Russian Interior Ministry carried out inspections at a renovation site on Fedoskinskaya Street and a retail outlet on Altufyevskoye Highway.

As a result of the inspections, it was found that 8 foreign citizens were working without a patent, and protocols were drawn up against them under Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Additionally, 5 individuals were held accountable under Article 18.8 for violating the rules of stay in Russia. Two of them were listed in the registry of controlled persons.

Furthermore, one foreigner, who was ordered by a court to be expelled from the country but failed to comply, was held accountable under Article 20.25 and placed in a temporary detention center. According to the court's decision, 8 violators are to be administratively expelled from the territory of the Russian Federation, while the remaining 5 were fined.

Currently, police officers are also investigating the employers who illegally hired these foreign citizens. Following the completion of the investigations, appropriate procedural decisions will be made regarding the employers.
