In the city of Novocherkassk, law enforcement officers conducted regular preventive measures to monitor compliance with migration legislation. The inspections mainly covered student dormitories belonging to the city's educational institutions.
During the raid, compliance with migration rules by foreign citizens was checked. As a result, three violations were identified under Part 3 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
