A 68-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan worked as a diesel locomotive driver for nearly a month without the required patent. When the company refused to pay his wages, the worker himself contacted the police, and the situation was uncovered.
During the investigation, the head of the organization tried to deceive law enforcement agencies. He claimed that the worker was supposedly just on an "introductory tour" at the company for 22 days. However, the police proved the violation, and the court found the director guilty.
