Individuals who have acquired Russian citizenship are being registered for military service: a raid was conducted in Voronezh

On October 3, officers from the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Voronezh garrison conducted a preventive raid in the city's Levoberezhny district. During the event, the military registration status of 12 individuals who had recently acquired Russian citizenship was checked.

Following the inspection, explanatory work was carried out with citizens who were not registered for military service. Specifically, they were reminded of legislative requirements, registration deadlines, and the penalties for violating these rules. One of the individuals identified during the raid was sent to the military commissariat to process their documents.

According to the official authority, such preventive inspections will continue in the future. It was once again emphasized that individuals holding Russian citizenship are required to register for military service within the timeframes established by law.
