86 migrants held accountable for rule violations in Bryansk region

According to the Russian Interior Ministry's department for the Bryansk region, more than 500 inspection activities were carried out in the region over five days as part of the "Migrant" operation. The raids covered construction sites, commercial facilities, educational institutions, transport infrastructure, and residential sectors.

As a result of the inspections, a total of 86 administrative protocols were issued for violations of migration legislation. The majority of the violations are related to the procedures for entry, stay, and employment. Specifically, 29 foreign nationals violated the rules of entry and exit from Russia, and in 21 cases, the receiving parties who provided housing to the migrants were held accountable.

Furthermore, 17 instances of violating the procedure for hiring foreign labor and 8 cases of non-compliance with employment regulations were identified. Another 10 people violated immigration rules, and 1 foreign national violated restrictions on certain types of activities.

As a result of the violations, a decision was made to forcibly expel 3 foreign citizens from Russia, while 1 more is subject to deportation. Officials emphasized that such inspections are routine and are conducted to monitor compliance with migration laws and ensure public safety.
