6 migrants to be deported in Nadym: fines for violations have increased

The 'Labor Migrant' operational-preventive event has concluded in the city of Nadym. Police officers conducted inspections at dozens of facilities, including residential premises, retail outlets, catering establishments, and construction sites. As a result, 6 foreign citizens illegally residing in Russia were identified. The Nadym City Court issued a decision to impose an administrative fine on each of them and ordered their forced expulsion (deportation) from the country.

In total, 41 administrative offenses were recorded during the raid. The main violations committed by migrants include breaching entry and stay regulations, working without permits, evading medical examinations, and failing to pay fines within the established deadlines.

Additionally, as part of ensuring road safety, 8 migrant drivers were held accountable. The total amount of fines imposed on them reached 118,000 rubles.

Law enforcement agencies of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug announced that control measures to identify offenses among foreign citizens will continue. Migrants are advised to process their documents in a timely manner and comply with the rules, given the tightened requirements of Russian legislation.
