Migrant banned from entering Russia faces 6 separate entry bans

For migrants working in Russia, compliance with legal requirements is of great importance. According to recent observations, a case has been recorded where 6 different entry bans were simultaneously imposed on a single individual.

It was determined that during his stay in Russia, the migrant was held administratively liable twice within one year. According to the legislation, this constitutes grounds for banning entry into the country. Furthermore, due to the failure to pay the prescribed fines on time, two additional bans were added.

According to the court decision, a person who has received two or more bans is subject to mandatory expulsion from Russian territory. The duration of two of these bans is not specified, which in practice implies a lifetime ban.

Experts remind that if an administrative offense is committed in Russia, it is necessary to leave the country within the specified period. Otherwise, there is a risk of being completely deprived of the right to re-enter or accumulating multiple bans.
