7 foreigners detained in Ussuriysk: they face deportation and fines

Raids were carried out in the city of Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai, Russia, as part of the second stage of the comprehensive «Nelegal-2026» operation. During the inspections, documents of over 70 foreign citizens working at warehouses and hotel construction sites were checked.

As a result of the raid, 7 foreign citizens aged between 18 and 56 were detained and taken to the police station. It was determined that 5 of them are citizens of Kyrgyzstan, and 2 are citizens of Tajikistan.

Protocols were drawn up against 6 of the detainees under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. These individuals were fined and ordered to leave the territory of Russia independently.

Measures were taken against one citizen under Part 3 of Article 20.25. He was previously ordered by a court to leave the country but failed to do so. Now, it has been decided that this person will be forcibly expelled, and he has been placed in a temporary detention center.

These measures were carried out in cooperation with the migration department of the Russian Interior Ministry for Primorsky Krai, the National Guard, and security service personnel. The «Nelegal» operation is conducted annually in two stages to identify illegal migration channels and prevent violations.
