When paying for a labor patent in Russia, it does not matter whose bank card the funds are transferred from. Migrants can pay for their patents using the cards of their spouses, relatives, or other individuals. The most important aspect is that the patent holder's personal information is correctly indicated during the payment process.
The main requirement when making a payment is to enter the patent holder's Tax Identification Number (INN) without errors. It is through the INN that the funds are linked to the relevant patent. If the INN is entered incorrectly, even if the money is debited from the bank card, the payment may not reach the patent account, which can result in the cancellation of the patent.
Additionally, the payment order must clearly state the patent holder's first and last name, the INN number, and the month for which the payment is being made. For example, it is recommended to write it in the format: "Авансовый платёж НДФЛ за май 2026 года" (Advance payment of personal income tax for May 2026). This helps prevent misunderstandings that may arise during inspections.
After making the payment, be sure to keep the receipt or voucher. Since the database may not update immediately, it is recommended to keep a photo or screenshot of the receipt on your phone to prove that you made the payment on time during an inspection.
We remind you that the payment must be made before the previous period expires. Even a one-day delay can lead to the cancellation of the patent. Errors such as an incorrect INN, the wrong amount, or failing to specify the payment month often cause difficulties, so it is necessary to check every digit carefully.
