A seminar aimed at improving migration literacy was held for employees of the "Kama Profi" company in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was organized by specialists from the Adaptation Center, where issues regarding the strengthening of legal knowledge of foreign workers and their successful integration into society were discussed.
During the seminar, experts provided detailed information on the key aspects of Russian migration legislation, specifically the procedures for processing permits and extending their validity. The consequences of failing to comply with established rules, including administrative and criminal liability measures provided for by law for foreign citizens, were also explained.
In addition to legal matters, special attention was paid to social and everyday topics during the meeting. Specifically, migrants were provided with information about the compulsory medical insurance system and the procedure for obtaining medical care, opportunities for enrolling children in educational institutions, and cultural leisure facilities in the city.
This event serves to develop the practical skills necessary for foreign workers to work and live legally within the territory of Russia.
