Uzbekistan citizens who have processed a patent in Russia but failed to collect it within the specified period are at risk of being included in the Register of Controlled Persons following the blocking of the "Amina" service. Inclusion in this register signifies the initiation of an expulsion regime from the country.
Experts note that although the legislation does not set a strict deadline for voluntary departure, it is recommended to leave Russian territory within 3–10 days after the status in the register is identified. The Russian Interior Ministry must be notified of the intention to depart at least 2 working days in advance. Leaving the country helps remove the person from the register, but this does not automatically guarantee the right to re-enter Russia.
According to the Unified Migration Center of the Moscow Region, individuals who are added to the register in 2026 will not be able to enter Russia until 2027, as the border control system records the violation. Furthermore, foreign citizens must strictly adhere to the 90-day stay rule within a 180-day period. Violation of these norms can lead to administrative expulsion and an entry ban of up to 5 years.
If problems arise with documents or status in the register, it is recommended to consult with migration law specialists to prevent legal consequences. There is a 10-day period to appeal the decision from the date of receiving a copy.
