As of September 1, new rules for migration registration have come into effect for foreign citizens arriving in Moscow. Now, all foreign nationals staying in the city are required to register through the "Amina" mobile application.
This requirement applies not only to labor migrants but also to students staying for more than 90 days, those visiting relatives, as well as family members of Russian citizens or holders of a residence permit (VNZH).
To register in the application, a foreign citizen must possess a special "red card." To obtain this card, one must visit the Multifunctional Migration Center in Sakharovo. It is recommended to book an appointment online via the center's official website before visiting.
We remind you that while this system was previously mandatory only for those engaged in labor activities, it is now being applied to all categories of foreign citizens.
