The Migration Department of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Ryazan Region has announced the acceptance of applications for the allocation of quotas for a temporary residence permit (RVP). Documents will be accepted on October 5, 2026, from 09:30 to 12:30, and on October 6 from 14:30 to 16:30.
Applications are accepted in Hall No. 2 at the following address: Ryazan, 14-ya Liniya Street, 2V. Migrants must bring their identity document (passport), migration card, and the tear-off part of the notification of registration.
The commission relies on a number of criteria when allocating quotas. In particular, it is required that the candidate has been employed in Russia for at least 6 months annually over the last 3 years, with insurance contributions paid by the employer. Other factors taken into account include having relatives who are Russian citizens, owning private housing in the region, and having no criminal record or administrative offenses.
