The migration department within Police Department No. 3 of the Russian Interior Ministry for the city of Saratov is continuing its operations at a new location. In connection with these changes, appropriate adjustments have been made to the citizen reception procedure.
Starting September 14, 2026, the migration department will begin providing services in the building located at 158 Bolshaya Sadovaya Street, Saratov. Individuals wishing to use migration services must visit this specific address from that date onwards.
At the same time, state services for the processing and issuance of new-generation international passports will temporarily continue to be provided at the previous address — 16 Radishchev Street, Saratov.
Citizens planning to visit the migration department are advised to verify the address depending on the type of service before submitting or collecting documents.
