In Stavropol Krai, the cost of a patent for foreign citizens working under contract may increase to 10 thousand rubles per month in 2027. The relevant bill has been submitted by the regional government to the regional duma, reports "Argumenty i Fakty — Severny Kavkaz".
The bill provides for an increase in the regional coefficient used to calculate the cost of a patent from 2.5 in 2026 to 2.7 in 2027. Currently, the monthly payment amount is 8.5 thousand rubles.
The regional government explains the need to change the coefficient by the expected growth in the average monthly nominal wage. In 2027, this figure is expected to reach 78.6 thousand rubles, and the calculated personal income tax (NDFL) is expected to be 10.2 thousand rubles.
