Specialists from the Center for Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan held a special seminar for employees of the 'Domkor Industry' company. The event was organized to facilitate the adaptation of foreign specialists to working and living conditions in Russia.
During the seminar, participants were explained the procedures for migration registration, key aspects of Russian legislation, and the rules for interacting with the legal system. In addition to theoretical information, situations that may arise in everyday life and ways to resolve them were discussed.
Also, within the framework of the program, special attention was paid to the issues of rapid integration of foreign employees into the team, workplace ethics, and personal safety. The organizers noted that such meetings allow workers to feel more confident and fully focus on their professional activities.
