During trading on the Forex market, the US dollar exchange rate rose to 88.35 rubles. This level has been reached for the first time in the last year and a half. An upward trend has also been recorded for the euro and yuan exchange rates.
Changes are also being observed in the official exchange rates set by the Central Bank of Russia. Specifically, as of September 1, the dollar was set at 86.37 rubles, the euro at 100.57 rubles, and the yuan at 12.85 rubles. Experts believe this situation is due to high demand for foreign currency from importers and insufficient supply from exporters.
For Uzbek migrants working in Russia, changes in the exchange rate have a direct impact. If you are planning to send money from Russia to Uzbekistan, the depreciation of the ruble may affect the final value of the transfers. Therefore, it is recommended to monitor current rates at banks and payment systems before making any transfers.
Such fluctuations in the currency market are usually explained by economic factors, including import and export volumes and operations under budget rules. It is advisable for migrants to take these macroeconomic changes into account when planning their finances.
