Over 60 migrants fined and expelled from Russia in Podolsk

Officers of the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry for the Moscow Region conducted operational-preventive measures for migration control in the Podolsk urban district. During the inspections, documents of 90 foreign citizens working at a warehouse complex in the village of Novoselki, Lvovsky microdistrict, were checked.

According to the inspection results, it was determined that more than 60 individuals from Central Asian countries had violated the rules of stay in the Russian Federation. Administrative protocols were drawn up against these citizens under Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

Each offender was fined 5,000 rubles. It was also decided to expel the individuals who committed the violations, with the obligation of independent controlled departure (deportation) from the territory of the Russian Federation.

Migrants are advised to process their documents in a timely manner and strictly adhere to the labor activity regulations established by Russian legislation.
