A large-scale raid was conducted by law enforcement agencies at one of the warehouses in the Zheleznodorozhny district of Yekaterinburg. During the inspection, the documents of 45 foreign citizens and their compliance with Russian legislation were examined.
As a result of the operation carried out by officers of the military investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yekaterinburg garrison, it was determined that 12 foreign citizens were residing illegally in Russia. Appropriate measures are being taken to deport these individuals from the country.
Additionally, during the inspection, 10 foreign citizens were sent to the military commissariat. They were served summonses to register for military service. Officials stated that such measures are being carried out systematically to strengthen control over migration legislation.
Migrants are advised to keep their documents in order at all times and to comply with migration regulations.
