Russian language and professional terminology courses to open for migrant workers in Russia

Representatives of Tomsk State University (TSU) and the Center for Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens discussed issues of expanding Russian language education for migrants. Within the framework of the cooperation, new formats are being developed to improve the language skills of foreign workers and facilitate their integration into society.

University representatives emphasized that educational programs will be shaped based on the professional needs of migrants. In particular, special courses designed for engineers and construction workers will focus on learning industry-specific terminology. This is intended to help workers communicate more effectively in their workplaces.

Additionally, the educational platform "narusskom.online" is available to students. Through this resource, foreign citizens can prepare for Russian language tests free of charge. The center's management noted that these opportunities will serve to reduce the difficulties migrants face in learning the language.

The adaptation center in Tomsk announced that it will provide additional information about new training programs and courses within the framework of cooperation with TSU in the near future. Migrants are advised to follow updates regarding educational opportunities through this center.
