Civilized migration and cooperation with Central Asian countries strengthen the Russian economy

Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov emphasized that labor migrants from Central Asian countries are of great importance to the Russian economy. According to the minister, foreign workers not only serve as a labor force but also actively participate in shaping domestic demand.

Reshetnikov noted that the remittances sent by migrants to their home countries are also an integral part of economic processes. He stressed that the "civilized migration" format is beneficial for the Russian market, and migrants are contributing not only to agriculture but also to various sectors of the economy.

Furthermore, the minister touched upon the importance of education and linguistic integration. Specifically, knowledge of the Russian language and cooperation in the field of education serve as key factors in training personnel and attracting them to the Russian labor market. As shown by the example of Kyrgyzstan, such partnership relations serve bilateral economic development.

In Maxim Reshetnikov's view, it is difficult to ensure sustainable growth of the Russian economy without migration and the attraction of additional personnel. Therefore, one of the main tasks facing the state is to establish systematic work on attracting and retaining the necessary personnel.
